Does your child need a 504 — or an IEP?

These two plans are NOT equal. A 504 gives accommodations; an IEP gives specialized instruction, services, goals, and far stronger legal protection. Thousands of kids are stuck on a 504 (or nothing) when they qualify for an IEP — getting far less than they're owed. Answer honestly and find out where your child likely belongs.

Educational guidance, not legal advice or a diagnosis — it reflects what you told us. The school decides eligibility through an evaluation; this helps you push for the right one.
